Meet Our Team > Ana Smith
Ana Smith
Front Office
Ana Smith, our administrative assistant, greets you as you walk through
the door. She holds an honors degree in administration earned in 2003
and has over 15 years experience in customer service, client relations,
conflict management and customer satisfaction. Ana joined the Baker &
Colson, P.C. team in December 2007.
You will find Ana answering the phones, setting appointments, working
with accounts receivable and assisting our clients and staff in every
way she can. Ana is also learning Spanish to help assist our diverse
clientele. Her motto is, “To respond to any client’s need, at a moment’s
notice, with a personal touch.”
In addition to working for Baker & Colson, P.C., Ana enjoys spending
time with her family hiking, baking, reading, gardening in her yard,
walking her husky/malamute pup Maya and swimming. She also volunteers at
her children’s school and in the nursery at church.
